NOA/D and AIS – 2nd Public Meeting

The US Coast Guard issued a notice stating that it will hold a second public meeting to receive public comments on the proposal to amend its regulations relating to submittal of notices of arrival and departure (NOA/D) and to the Automatic Identification System (AIS). The meeting will be held in Seattle, WA on March 25, 2009. Written comments should be submitted by April 15. For additional information refer to 74 Fed. Reg. 9071.
