Workbook 7.8.2 and Picklist Updates -- Released

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance maritime domain awareness, we continue to improve handling of essential data contained within Notices of Arrival and Departure (NOAD). A new workbook (7.8.2) and picklist updates have been released. The picklist updates affecting countries and foreign port entries are fully outlined below. Additionally, the new workbook will support these picklist updates.

Country_List.xml
The following country rename are in effect:

LIBYAN ARAB JAMAHIRIYA will be renamed to LIBYA

The following country entries are no longer be accepted as a country entry and are only available as US states.

Foreign_Port_List.xml
