Should I send a copy of my Fuel Oil Non-Availability Report to the NVMC?
No. The NVMC cannot process the forms or forward them to the correct agency. For information regarding submission of this information please refer to the U.S. EPA's website at http://www.epa.gov/otaq/oceanvessels.htm.
